Summer Training Program

Get ready for the fall season with our comprehensive summer training program, designed to enhance your skills, strength, and speed! Starting June 9th, join us for a focused training schedule that will prepare you for success on the field.

Program Details

Our summer program runs from June 9th and includes the following sessions each week:

  • Monday: Speed & Agility Training
  • Tuesday: Strength Training
  • Wednesday: Speed & Agility Training & Team Training
  • Thursday: Summer League
  • Friday: Strength Training

Speed & Agility Training

Our Speed & Agility training will be led by the experienced and knowledgeable Track & Field coach, Ellis Gaulden. Coach Gaulden will focus on improving your speed, agility, and overall athleticism, giving you the edge you need on the pitch.

Who Can Participate?

This program is open to all Cape Henlopen High School boys soccer players.
